Flyfish Rhode Island Seminars and Slideshows
Fly Fish Rhode Island offers a comprehensive list of professional programs and seminars. These seminars include slide presentations on fly fishing for Atlantic salmon, Steelhead and Trout. We also offer a series of Saltwater shows ranging from upper bay bluefish blitz to shallow water sight fishing for striped bass. Fly fishing Rhode Island’s estuaries during the cinder worm hatch is an exciting popular favorite.
Bob’s dynamic presentations have been shown at all the major Northeast fly fishing shows. Seminars include a one-day fly fishing school for beginners titled “Getting Started” which will cover equipment, fly casting, knot tying, stream anatomy and fly selection. We have a staff of knowledgeable, courteous, professionals who will teach and explain all aspects of the sport.
If you are interested in saltwater fly fishing, F.F.R.I. offers a seminar titled “Saltwater Basics”. This course will cover salt water equipment, leader construction and advanced casting techniques. You will also learn how to read the water and how to identify tell tale signs which will increase your odds when pursuing trophy stripers. Saltwater fly selection and how it relates to bait habitat will be discussed.
If you are interested in a seminar, slideshow, or lecture for your company or organization, please call Flyfish Rhode Island Inc. for details. We can accomodate any size group and equipment will be supplied.
